HOW TO REACH ME
Please do not reach out unless you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 and are interested in services, please request a parent or legal guardian to reach out on your behalf.
Telephone: +1 301 265-3859
E-mail: claire.fuller@clairefullerllc.com
Texting me is also fine (sometimes it's easier to type than to call). Regardless of how you reach out, please make sure you leave me your name and preferred contact method. NOTE: I will NOT call back numbers that do not leave messages!
Other Resources:
Regardless of whether you decide to reach out to me, here are additional resources that I hope assist you in your search for mental health support:
Veteran's Crisis Line
The Veteran's Crisis Line is there for military members and veteran's even if they do NOT have VA or health care benefits. Click the link above to access their website or dial 988 and then select option 1 if in crisis.

Psychology Today
Still looking for the right mental health therapist? Psychology Today is a great resource to find someone in your area that may be the right choice for you! I encourage you to treat finding your therapist like interviewing someone for a job - this is about your comfort and how you feel. Don't settle.
SAMHSA
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is a great resource for anyone, regardless of whether you are struggling with addiction. They offer resources to find support for those with low income or who simply need assistance in paying for mental health care or treatment.
Project HEAL
Project HEAL works to connect those with eating disorders of all varieties (binge, purge, or restrictive type) to resources and support. Not only does it provide a list of free support groups, but Project HEAL also accepts applications for funding provided to those with eating disorders to seek treatment.
